How do I put my videos on it?
Plug the orb into your computer with the USB-C cable. It shows up as a drive. Resize your video to 480 × 480, drag it into the orb's folder and unplug. That's it.
Do I need to resize my videos?
Yes. The screen is 480 × 480 pixels, so square clips fit best. Most free video editors and online resizers can crop to a square and export at 480 × 480. The screen is round, so keep faces near the middle of the frame.
Can it show photos too?
Yes. It plays your videos and photos on loop.
How much can it hold?
It has 4GB of built-in storage. How many clips fit depends on how long they are and their file size.
How does it charge?
It's rechargeable with the USB-C cable that comes in the box, so it can hang on the tree without a cord.
